Section 168A
Appealable
(1) An interested person who is not satisfied with the action taken by the court staff in the case may appeal to the judge of the same court within fifteen days.
(2) A person who is not satisfied with the decision made in the complaint filed under sub-section (1) may file a petition in the court hearing the appeal within fifteen days of such decision.
(3) The complaint filed under sub-section (1) shall be settled within one month and the application filed under sub-section (2) within two months.
(4) A party who is absent on the date of receipt of the notice given for the execution of the judgment shall not be entitled to file a complaint or petition under this section.
